Marezine for Motion Sickness

Effective OTC motion sickness remedy.

Marezine was trademarked in 1953 by Burroughs Welcome Co. for the prevention and treatment of the nausea, vomiting and dizziness associated with motion sickness, but was commercially marketed with little advertising support. Marezine was distributed predominantly to wholesalers with a few select direct retail drug accounts. In December 1992, Marezine was acquired. The advertising focused upon the two Marezine differences — 1) it contained a medically proven ingredient not found in any other leading brand, and 2) it does not cause the marked drowsiness original Dramamine could cause.
